Thank you for reading our policies.  They have been created to allow for all guests to enjoy their stay.

Rates

We have 5 types of rooms to choose from. Rates are based on double occupancy per room, per night and are seasonal.  We reserve the right to substitute rooms based on additional needs. 
  • King Hot Tub Suites - Adults only, no children permitted, downstairs only
  • One Double Bed - downstairs or upstairs
  • Two Double Beds - downstairs or upstairs
  • Queen Bed - downstairs or upstairs
  • The Loft - large suite upstairs, private entrance
Party/Event Room - $100 per night
We have an air-conditioned room that can accommodate up to 25 guests. The room is private with tables and chairs available for your use and a separate bathroom.

Additional Fees

All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in any room will result in a damage/cleaning charge of $500 billed to your Credit Card.
  • Hot Tubs - there is a $50 change water fee to change the water in your hot tub during your stay. This fee will be charged to your credit card if requested by you or out of necessity due to oils, soaps or any additional non-approved items in the hot tub that occur during your stay to protect the plumbing.
  • Excessive clean up or damage fees per room will apply: Hot Tub Suites, minimum $500
  • Regular room, minimum $200

Quiet time for all guests 10:00 pm - 8:00 am
Smoking and pets prohibited - outside smoking in designated areas only.
Indiana state law requires smoking at least 8 feet from any door entrances.
Accepted credit cards: Master Card, Visa, Discover
Deposit: 50% of your total stay, remaining balance due prior to check-in

Office Hours

Sunday-Thursday |7:00 am - 9:00 pm
Friday & Saturday | 7:00 am - 10:00 pm
If you are arriving after our office is closed, we will leave instructions or email you details regarding where your room key can be found.
Rooms do not have phones, please bring your cell phone or other means of communication

Deposit

A Credit card is required at time of reservation
50% of your total stay will be charged as your deposit at time of reservation
Master Card, Visa & Discover Cards accepted, personal checks are not accepted

Rooms

All rooms are non-smoking as mandated by Indiana law
Hot Tubs rules must be followed prior to usage.
Hot Tubs are emptied and refilled between each check-ins. Temperatures may not be at the desired level during your check-in at 3:00 pm. Please allow at least several hours for the water to warm up.
Please contact us immediately if you encounter any issues during your stay. If we find damaged, broken or missing items after you have checked out, your credit card will be charged the cost of replacement and/or the cost to repair the damages and additional nights if the clean-up requires an extended length of time.

Cancellation and Refunds

We do not issue refunds based on the following circumstances:
  • After check-in or early departures
  • Issues beyond our control such as but not limited to: inclement weather, highway conditions, power outages, water outages or other cancellations.
  • A $25 cancellation fee will be charged per room for all cancellations regardless of date of arrival.
  • Deposits will be refunded in full minus the $25 cancellation fee based on the following time line:
    • Full refund within 15 days notice prior to your arrival
    • 50% of your deposit will be refunded if cancelled 7-14 days prior to your arrival.
    • No deposits will be issued 1-6 days prior to your arrival.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email and receive a verification of cancellation via email.

IU Graduation - there is a two night minimum stay Friday & Saturday. Full payment is required at the time of reservation. Cancellation policies do not apply to IU Graduation weekend, this is a No Cancel weekend. Graduation dates: May 4 & 5, 2018.

Hot Tubs

We invite you to relax and enjoy the hot tub. All guests are asked to shower before entering hot tub to keep the water fresh during your stay.
  • Please do not use soap, oils or other additional foaming or oily products while in the hot tub.
  • The hot tub water has been treated.
  • The Hot Tub cover has a stand that it will rest on when opened properly.
  • If you see that the water is beginning to overflow as you are getting in, STOP, GET OUT and call us so that we can lower the water to avoid water damage on the floor.
  • Temperatures are pre-set at 102 degrees, health department regulates the max temp not to exceed 104 degrees.
  • Any water damage or additional products added to the hot tub will result in an additional cleaning fee, minimum of $500.
Children are not permitted in the hot tubs at any time. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) state that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Use at your own risk. We drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival; therefore, it may not be warm till later that evening.

Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS, they will break and you may be charged for replacement. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm.
